    Analyze primary data and secondary industry sources to research articles for publication.     In my current role I publish articles about digital automation, AI, and neural learning, including research and best practices on how creative and support professionals are using AI as a tool to automate rote skills, allowing more time to contribute higher level thinking and strategic abilities.

VOLUNTEER ROLES

  • Region Conference Presenter, Society for Technical Communication

    Presenter at the STC Region 5 Conference. In collaboration with two other writers, developed and delivered a presentation detailing how to implement a technical career track that rewards and promotes writers based on technical merit and information design expertise. Received high marks from audience on relevance of content and creativity of presentation and was invited to present at the national conference.
